Job Duties
- Greet and welcome clients, ensuring a warm and professional environment
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, confirm bookings, and manage lead inquiries
- Provide clients with detailed information on services, products, and packages
- Educate clients on the benefits of post-op treatments
- Upsell spa services, packages, and memberships
- Handle product recommendations and receive commissions on products and packages sold
- Maintain cleanliness of reception area and treatment rooms
- Assist in flipping treatment rooms between clients
- Restock supplies and ensure a well-maintained environment
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, inventory management, and restocking
- Follow and update standard operating procedures
- Create and post content for social media platforms to promote services and engage potential clients
- Make outbound calls to follow up on leads and ensure excellent customer follow-up
- Assist with light project management tasks such as organizing meetings, photoshoots, or rollout of new services
- Monitor and restock products and spa supplies
