Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- typing speed of at least 40 wpm
- proficient with computers telephones and 2-way radios
- valid driver’s license and clear driving record
- proof of annual tuberculosis clearance by hire date
- availability for varied schedules including weekends and holidays
- maintain current CPR First Aid AED certification
- completion of vehicle training
- willingness to train on multiple shifts before assigned schedule
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- typing speed of at least 40 wpm
- proficient with computers telephones and 2-way radios
- familiarity with Outlook Word Excel is a plus
- valid driver’s license and clear driving record
- proof of annual tuberculosis clearance by hire date
- maintain current CPR First Aid AED certification
- confident in using CPR First Aid AED skills
- complete vehicle training with transportation coordinator
- willingness to train on day evening and overnight shifts
- minimum of 1 year of customer service experience preferred
Job Duties
- provide exceptional customer service to residents guests and staff
- respond to inquiries requests and emergencies promptly and professionally
- coordinate emergency response system and procedures
- act as a first responder including administering CPR and First Aid
- perform clerical duties for documentation and reporting
- guide visitors and guests through the facility
- support resident services team in daily operations
