Job Duties
- Greeting and checking-in customers
- managing and serving concession
- managing inbound and outbound phone calls and emails
- completing shift and bank deposits
- booking and managing birthday parties, field trips, fundraisers and miscellaneous events
- monitoring party hosts and play monitors
- extensive cleaning to maintain a clean and safe environment
