Job Requirements

  • High school or equivalent education required
  • Must have more than two years of hotel experience
  • Flexible schedule with availability to work holidays and weekends
  • Must possess good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Must be able to read and write
  • Must have basic computational and computer skills
  • Regular attendance and punctuality
  • Compliance with hotel rules and regulations for safe and effective operation

  • Knowledge of the city and local attractions
  • Extensive knowledge of hotel services and facilities
  • Ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
  • Register guests using company software and verify reservation, address, and credit information
  • Promote the Wyndham Rewards Program and provide recognition and benefits to all present members
  • Accept payment for guests' accounts at registration and checkout
  • Maintain a house bank, make daily deposits and accurate reports of receipts
  • Issue keys to guests and control entrance to safety deposit boxes
  • Assist concierge with mail, facsimiles, and provide guest information about hotel facilities and local attractions
  • Book reservations for guests approaching the Front Desk
