In this role, you will be a central part of the clients’ experience, creating an inviting atmosphere where guests feel valued and supported throughout their wellness journey. Your responsibilities will involve educating clients about the full range of services and products available, encouraging participation in the Massage Envy Wellness Program, and effectively managing bookings and client communications both in person and electronically.
