Job Duties
- Greet and direct members, guests and staff as they enter the gym
- Provide assistance and answer inquiries about gym operations and policies
- Perform various administrative duties including cash processing and record maintenance
- Support membership management through system updates and data entry
- Ensure a clean and organized front desk area
- Communicate effectively with team members and members to facilitate smooth gym operation
- Maintain basic accounting procedures and accurate cash handling
