Job Requirements
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- basic math skills for cash handling and register operations
- experience with cash registers or POS systems preferred
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members
- bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
- previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is a plus but not required
- a positive attitude reliability and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential traits for success in this role

Job Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome
- manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently
- handle cash transactions including payments and deposits ensuring accuracy
- maintain the front desk area clean and organized
- answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding hotel services reservations and local attractions
- assist guests with any requests or issues during their stay demonstrating excellent customer service skills
- process reservations using the POS system and manage booking changes as needed
- communicate effectively with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- promote hotel services and amenities to enhance guest experience through retail sales techniques
