Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, cash handling, or administrative support
  • Strong communication skills
  • Professional, customer-focused demeanor
  • Ability to multitask
  • Organized in a high-volume environment
  • Comfortable with office software and point-of-sale or CRM systems
  • Basic math skills
  • Flexibility to work weekends or special events

Job Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, cash handling, or administrative support

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment
  • Comfortable using basic office software and point-of-sale or CRM systems
  • Solid basic math skills and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work weekends or special events when required
  • Lightspeed DMS POS experience is a plus
  • Interest in powersports or motorsports is a plus
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Job Duties

  • Greet customers, answer phones, and route inquiries to the appropriate department
  • Schedule appointments and provide basic service or order status updates
  • Process payments for services, products, and purchases using multiple payment methods
  • Issue receipts, handle refunds, and respond to payment questions
  • Balance cash drawer, reconcile daily transactions, and prepare deposits
  • Perform light administrative tasks, data entry, and document handling
  • Maintain a clean, organized reception and customer waiting area
  • Support events, promotions, and general showroom organization as needed
