As a physician-owned entity, BayCare Clinic operates with a focus on delivering excellence in 19 different medical specialties. It has strong affiliations with Aurora BayCare Medical Center, a 167-bed hospital, which provides an excellent built-in referral network that benefits its physicians and patients alike. BayCare Clinic’s unique position as both an independent practice and a partner with a major hospital allows it to maintain clinical autonomy while ensuring financial stability, creating a thriving environment for both healthcare professionals and patients. This role is vital as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, embodying the clinic’s values of compassion, professionalism, and efficiency. The position is full-time, requiring 40 hours a week from Monday through Friday during typical business hours, ideally the morning shift, but with some flexibility between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Importantly, this role offers a desirable work-life balance with no weekend or holiday shifts required.

The Front Desk Assistant will play a critical role in enhancing patient experiences by providing courteous and helpful service at the clinic’s Corporate Headquarters. Responsibilities include greeting and directing visitors, managing security protocols, handling phone communications professionally, distributing incoming mail, and supporting various office functions with administrative tasks. The position requires strong organizational capabilities, effective communication skills, and a proactive attitude to tackle multiple responsibilities efficiently and thoroughly. In addition to providing stellar customer service, the Front Desk Assistant will ensure confidentiality and compliance with all safety and ethical standards, supporting the smooth operation of the Corporate Headquarters.

BayCare Clinic offers a comprehensive benefits package tailored to support the health, wellbeing, and financial security of its employees. Benefits include health, dental, disability, and life insurance, flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) retirement plan with company match, generous paid time off, and paid holidays. The clinic fosters a collaborative and positive work environment where every team member’s contributions are valued, and professional development opportunities are provided to support career growth.

Overall, this Front Desk Assistant role at BayCare Clinic Corporate Headquarters is ideal for an individual who is compassionate, organized, and eager to contribute positively to patient care through excellent administrative support.
