Job Duties

  • Offer polite and professional help to visitors, clients, and staff members

  • Coordinate guest arrivals, departures, and appointment arrangements
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in the front desk and lobby area
  • Perform office tasks such as data entry, organizing paperwork, and distributing mail
  • Supervise visitor admittance and enforce security procedures
  • Facilitate clear communication with other departments to support operational smoothness
  • Address queries and resolve grievances or redirect them appropriately
