Job Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • 1-3 years prior work experience as an Office/Administrative Assistant or Receptionist
  • Computer fluency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Professional communication skills
  • Ability to manage a wide variety of tasks
  • Dependability and punctuality
  • Comfort with technology and IT tools

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma required
  • Post-secondary education or Associate's/Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-3 years experience as an Office/Administrative Assistant or Receptionist
  • Proficiency with MS Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience with SAP and Concur is desirable
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to exercise good judgment and discretion
  • Attention to detail and punctuality
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Experience working independently and in a team environment
  • Sense of humor appreciated

Job Duties

  • Screen calls and interact with vendors and visitors
  • Address problems and troubleshoot with internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide front desk reception including answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling deliveries
  • Schedule and prepare conference rooms professionally
  • Manage visitor sign-in and coordinate visitor flow
  • Distribute mail and packages efficiently
  • Assist with copying projects and special office tasks
  • Log building maintenance requests and communicate with relevant teams
  • Support office operations in collaboration with the Operations Assistant
  • Help organize office events and service initiatives
  • Utilize technology and IT tools comfortably to support office functions
