Job Requirements
- High school diploma required
- 1-3 years prior work experience as an Office/Administrative Assistant or Receptionist
- Computer fluency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to manage a wide variety of tasks
- Dependability and punctuality
- Comfort with technology and IT tools
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Post-secondary education or Associate's/Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-3 years experience as an Office/Administrative Assistant or Receptionist
- Proficiency with MS Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with SAP and Concur is desirable
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to exercise good judgment and discretion
- Attention to detail and punctuality
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Job Duties
- Screen calls and interact with vendors and visitors
- Address problems and troubleshoot with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide front desk reception including answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling deliveries
- Schedule and prepare conference rooms professionally
- Manage visitor sign-in and coordinate visitor flow
- Distribute mail and packages efficiently
- Assist with copying projects and special office tasks
- Log building maintenance requests and communicate with relevant teams
- Support office operations in collaboration with the Operations Assistant
- Help organize office events and service initiatives
- Utilize technology and IT tools comfortably to support office functions
