- capacity to handle multiple responsibilities effectively

Job Duties
- Provide receptionist and administrative support for MDDS departments
- greet guests and answer inquiries
- triage and transfer phone calls
- manage purchasing via UCLA procurement system
- prepare and process monthly billing for all service units
- respond to customer billing inquiries and perform billing adjustments
- maintain databases and perform accounts receivable and reconciliation
- manage records and produce daily and monthly billing reports
- support postal inventory accounting and postage stamp sales
- process check deposits and manage check ordering
- assist with general office duties as assigned
