Job Duties
- serve as the first point of contact by greeting visitors, clients, and staff with a friendly and professional demeanor
- answer incoming phone calls, direct them to the appropriate contacts, and handle general inquiries
- maintain a tidy and organized front desk and reception area, ensuring a professional appearance at all times
- manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and other correspondence
- provide administrative support, including maintaining schedules, preparing documents, managing records, and maintaining data accuracy
- coordinate meeting schedules, prepare meeting spaces, and support event logistics as needed
- monitor and order supplies to ensure the office is fully stocked and operational
- assist with onboarding processes for new hires, providing documentation and support as needed
- collaborate with internal teams and take on additional tasks as assigned by management
