We are currently seeking a professional and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Team Support Member. This part-time position offers approximately 20 hours per week, including some Saturdays, with a starting pay rate of $13.00 per hour. The role is essential in representing the spa as the heart of the facility, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional client interactions.

The Team Support Member will be responsible for a variety of front desk and operational duties. This includes answering incoming phone calls, following up with clients to ensure their needs are met, and greeting guests warmly upon arrival. Strong customer service skills are critical for creating a positive first impression and maintaining client satisfaction. The role also demands solid computer skills for managing appointment schedules, client records, and digital communications.

Additional responsibilities include managing retail inventory to ensure that popular wellness products are well-stocked, overseeing intake forms that capture clients' information accurately, and maintaining cleanliness to uphold the spa’s inviting atmosphere. The position also involves light cleaning and laundry tasks, which contribute to an organized and hygienic environment. The Team Support Member will also support the marketing and social media efforts of Zen Spas, helping to enhance the spa's presence and attract new clients.

Opening and closing duties are part of the daily routine, requiring punctuality and attention to detail. This role is dynamic and integral to the overall flow of the spa, often requiring adaptability and a proactive attitude.
