Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent skills, experience, and education
Two years professional experience in a position that required customer service, administrative functions and/or office management, or related fields
Ability to provide effective customer service
Ability to interpret complex concepts and explain them in a thorough and empathetic manner
Ability to communicate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures
Ability to interpret policies and procedures relating to University Housing’s mission
Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail in written and oral forms
Ability to handle pressure and interact appropriately as a representative of University Housing
Ability to obtain UO Driver’s Certification for driving state vehicles
Willingness to travel for recruitment events within and occasionally outside Oregon
