Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Must be able to stand for long periods
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds
- Must obtain Food Handler’s Permit and Alcohol Server’s Permit
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills

- Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment is ideal
- Cash handling experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to read, write, type and use basic technology
- Ability to obtain a Food Handler’s Permit and Alcohol Server’s Permit
- Ability to stand for an entire shift
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Assist with training, coaching and scheduling for the front office team
- Ensure all guests are served promptly and courteously during all shifts
- Apply problem solving skills to resolve guest issues to their satisfaction
- Handle continuous requests in a fast paced environment by coordinating with other departments to ensure all guest requests are met
- Ensure all front desk checklists and programs are followed and review daily work to confirm it is error-free
- Follow proper cash handling procedures and be able to post and reconcile charges applied to guest receipts
- Serve guests in the bar, restaurant and room service attentively and efficiently
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks
- Serve wine, beer and non-alcoholic beverages
- Serve food prepared in the restaurant as needed
- Offer both flexibility and creativity to meet guest requests
- Complete guest orders and accurately collect payments
- Clean and wash bar ware, utensils and bar area
- Restock and prep bar items as needed
- Assist with quality, cleanliness and organization of the bar, restaurant and kitchen
- Assist with inventory, ordering and receiving of all food and beverage items
- Support the goals of the hotel through teamwork and collaboration with all departments
