Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional appearance and demeanor

Job Duties

  • Greet visitors and clients warmly and direct them appropriately
  • Manage a multi-line phone system and handle calls promptly
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for meetings and conferences
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area with available informational materials
  • Provide accurate information about the organization, services, and policies to visitors
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
  • Monitor and control access to the premises to ensure security
  • Receive, review, and process customer purchase orders
  • Communicate regularly with customers regarding order updates
  • Perform other duties as assigned
