Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in front desk or guest services
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to use hotel management software proficiently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
- Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure

- 1-2 years of experience in a front desk, concierge, or guest service role (hotel or boutique hospitality preferred)

Job Duties
- Greet every guest with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude
- Check guests in and out using hotel management software
- Handle guest inquiries, phone calls, and special requests with confidence and care
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local attractions, dining, and happenings around San Diego
- Provide concierge-level service, including coordinating luggage assistance, packages, and VIP needs
- Maintain accurate room inventory and pricing on our website and booking channels
- Resolve issues and exceed expectations with a can-do approach
- Support a positive, team-first work environment with great communication
- Promote guest safety and follow all hotel policies and procedures
