Job Requirements

1-2 years of relevant experience in front desk or guest services
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to use hotel management software proficiently
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure

Job Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in a front desk, concierge, or guest service role (hotel or boutique hospitality preferred)
Computer literate

Job Duties

Greet every guest with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude
Check guests in and out using hotel management software
Handle guest inquiries, phone calls, and special requests with confidence and care
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local attractions, dining, and happenings around San Diego
Provide concierge-level service, including coordinating luggage assistance, packages, and VIP needs
Maintain accurate room inventory and pricing on our website and booking channels
Resolve issues and exceed expectations with a can-do approach
Support a positive, team-first work environment with great communication
Promote guest safety and follow all hotel policies and procedures
