Job Requirements
- Ability to speak and hear in English

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year guest services, general office, accounts receivable, or customer service experience, or an equivalent combination
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities
- Proficient in handling guest accounts and billing
- Knowledge of hotel policies and procedures
- Ability to supervise team members when required
Job Duties
- Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests
- Issue room keys and provide escort instructions to Bell person or guests
- Answer inquiries related to hotel services and local information
- Keep records of room availability and guest accounts
- Process guest check-in and check-out including billing and payments
- Handle incoming mail, messages, and communications
- Understand and enforce hotel credit policies
- Take initiative to greet guests warmly
- Supervise assigned employees in the absence of the manager
- Arrange restaurant, transportation, or entertainment reservations as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
