Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year guest services, general office, accounts receivable, or customer service experience, or an equivalent combination
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Proficient in handling guest accounts and billing
  • Knowledge of hotel policies and procedures
  • Ability to supervise team members when required

Job Duties

  • Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests
  • Issue room keys and provide escort instructions to Bell person or guests
  • Answer inquiries related to hotel services and local information
  • Keep records of room availability and guest accounts
  • Process guest check-in and check-out including billing and payments
  • Handle incoming mail, messages, and communications
  • Understand and enforce hotel credit policies
  • Take initiative to greet guests warmly
  • Supervise assigned employees in the absence of the manager
  • Arrange restaurant, transportation, or entertainment reservations as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned
