Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for extended periods

- Experience handling cash, credit cards, and payment processing
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate's degree in hospitality, business, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Familiarity with hotel management software and POS systems preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with their check-in and check-out processes
- Manage guest reservations and update booking systems
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel services and local attractions
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management for guest requests and service issues
- Follow hotel safety and security protocols to ensure guest and staff safety
