Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Experience handling cash, credit cards, and payment processing
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate's degree in hospitality, business, or a related field preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Familiarity with hotel management software and POS systems preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Problem-solving skills to efficiently resolve guest issues
  • Knowledge of hotel amenities and local attractions

Job Duties

  • Greet guests upon arrival and assist with their check-in and check-out processes
  • Manage guest reservations and update booking systems
  • Respond to guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel services and local attractions
  • Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management for guest requests and service issues
  • Follow hotel safety and security protocols to ensure guest and staff safety
