Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred
  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Greet guests upon arrival and provide friendly check-in service
  • Verify and process guest reservations accurately

  • Handle guest check-out and process payments
  • Respond to guest inquiries and assist with special requests
  • Manage reservations and adjust bookings as needed
  • Maintain front desk area cleanliness and organization
