Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide friendly check-in service
- Verify and process guest reservations accurately

- Handle guest check-out and process payments
- Respond to guest inquiries and assist with special requests
- Manage reservations and adjust bookings as needed
- Maintain front desk area cleanliness and organization
