- previous experience in a guest-facing role, such as in a hotel or resort
- ability to stand or sit for long periods
- must be able to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
- strong organizational and administrative skills

- excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere
- check guests in and out of the hotel, ensuring that all registration details are accurately entered into the system
- handle guest requests, complaints, and inquiries in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner
- answer phone calls and respond to emails, providing information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities
- maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, policies, and promotions to provide accurate information to guests
- process payments, including credit card and cash transactions, while ensuring accuracy
- coordinate with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance, etc.) to address guest needs and resolve any issues
- monitor guest accounts for discrepancies and ensure that all charges are correct at check-out
- maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- assist with reservations, including handling cancellations, modifications, and special requests
- provide guests with directions, recommendations for local dining, attractions, and other services as requested
- follow all hotel policies and procedures, including safety, security, and confidentiality protocols
- prepare and distribute daily reports and ensure all front desk paperwork is completed accurately
- assist with other administrative duties as needed, such as maintaining guest records or handling group check-ins
