Job Duties
- take and record reservations in the Hotel Information System
- provide five star hotel-quality concierge services
- anticipate guest needs and offer personalized solutions
- be knowledgeable about casino programs, promotions, and activities
- know local restaurants, spas, attractions, and events
- assist and coordinate with VIP Agent functions
- handle room reservations and room blocks
- assist in training new guest service representatives
- log calls as needed
- support and promote courtesy guidelines and guest relations
- manage reports including exception reports and regret logs
- deliver the highest level of personal services including restaurant reservations and special requests
- handle guest complaints and conduct quality assurance follow-up
- arrange and recommend various guest services such as purchasing gifts and errands
- maintain professional appearance and demeanor
- maintain cleanliness and organization of work environment
- greet guests with courtesy and urgency
- work with guests on service opportunities or challenges and resolve or escalate as necessary
- participate in hotel functions when directed
- use professional telephone etiquette
- assist with package and amenity deliveries
- maintain and update electronic guest database
