Job Duties
- Welcoming guests warmly and creating memorable first impressions
- acknowledging IHG Rewards Club members and returning guests in person or over the phone
- taking, managing, and receiving payments for guest bookings
- making the check-in and check-out process swift and seamless
- anticipating guests' needs and offering tailored local recommendations
- serving as a trusted contact for guests by assisting with billing issues and restaurant suggestions
- maintaining accurate records and using technology to support front desk operations
