Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hotel operations or guest service
- Ability to use standard office equipment
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- Ability to maintain discretion in handling confidential information
- Professional interaction skills with customers and team members
- Flexibility to work irregular hours including late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical capability to stand, sit, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch during shifts
- Ability to use hands to handle objects and operate a personal computer
- Capability to lift, carry, push, pull objects up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 60 pounds occasionally with assistance
- Willingness to wear required personal protective equipment
- Specific vision abilities including close, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment

Job Duties
- Perform guest check in and check out
- Monitor room availability and assign rooms
- Issue keys to guests
- Greet guests with a smile to establish rapport
- Create and maintain guest reservations
- Handle payment transactions accurately
- Attend to guest needs and special requests
- Manage guest communications, inquiries, complaints, and concerns
- Act as a resource by maintaining knowledge of facility and amenities
- Ensure front desk and hotel areas are safe, clean, and attractive
- Comply with internal controls, policies, and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
