Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hotel operations or guest service
  • Ability to use standard office equipment
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office software
  • Ability to maintain discretion in handling confidential information
  • Professional interaction skills with customers and team members
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours including late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical capability to stand, sit, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch during shifts
  • Ability to use hands to handle objects and operate a personal computer
  • Capability to lift, carry, push, pull objects up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 60 pounds occasionally with assistance
  • Willingness to wear required personal protective equipment
  • Specific vision abilities including close, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment

Job Qualifications

  • Previous hotel operations or guest service experience
  • Ability to use standard office equipment

Job Duties

  • Perform guest check in and check out
  • Monitor room availability and assign rooms
  • Issue keys to guests
  • Greet guests with a smile to establish rapport
  • Create and maintain guest reservations
  • Handle payment transactions accurately
  • Attend to guest needs and special requests
  • Manage guest communications, inquiries, complaints, and concerns
  • Act as a resource by maintaining knowledge of facility and amenities
  • Ensure front desk and hotel areas are safe, clean, and attractive
  • Comply with internal controls, policies, and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned
