Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- No previous related work experience required
- No supervisory experience required
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to following company policies and procedures

- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Basic knowledge of payment processing

Job Duties
- Process guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing room keys
- Process all payment types including room charges, cash, checks, debit, and credit
- Handle guest check-outs and resolve any late or disputed charges
- Answer and manage guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns
- Coordinate with Housekeeping to ensure room readiness
- Communicate parking procedures to guests and dispatch bell or valet staff as needed
- Provide guests with directions and local area information
- Run and verify daily reports on arrivals and departures
- Complete cashier and closing reports
- Manage cash handling including personal and traveler’s checks
- Follow company safety and security policies
- Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
- Deliver service in line with The Ritz-Carlton's Gold Standards
