The Guest Experience Expert at The Ritz-Carlton Atlanta plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional guest service that transcends the ordinary. This position is much more than managing smooth check-ins and check-outs; it is about creating a unique and memorable guest experience throughout their entire stay. The Expert is empowered to take initiative and offer a wide range of services, assisting guests with operational needs, addressing inquiries and requests promptly, completing necessary reports, and sharing insightful recommendations about local attractions and highlights. This position requires a hands-on approach where employees actively move around the property, standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and performing physical tasks such as lifting or moving objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
