Situated next to iconic landmarks such as the Paycom Center, home of the OKC Thunder, the Oklahoma Convention Center, and directly across from the sprawling 70-acre Scissortail Park, this hotel offers unparalleled access to the city’s best entertainment, cultural, and recreational experiences. The property features multiple amenities including the renowned Mokara Spa, six exquisite food and beverage outlets, 76,000 square feet of versatile meeting and event space, a retail outlet, a modern fitness center, and a stunning rooftop pool that allows guests to relax while enjoying breathtaking city views.

Joining this team means becoming part of a company dedicated to professionalism, inclusivity, and exemplary customer service, making it an excellent workplace for motivated individuals passionate about serving others. The hotel's emphasis on employee growth and teamwork ensures that everyone feels valued and supported while delivering memorable moments to guests.
The role of Front Desk Agent at Omni Oklahoma City Hotel is a critical position that offers a unique opportunity to be the first and last point of contact for guests, making a lasting impression throughout their stay. The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing a seamless, five-star welcome and departure experience, acting as a knowledgeable and friendly ambassador who helps guests feel at home from the moment they arrive until they leave. This includes managing check-ins and check-outs efficiently, addressing guest inquiries empathetically, and providing information about hotel amenities and the local area.
Beyond handling transactional tasks such as setting up guest accounts, processing payments, and preparing key packets, the Front Desk Agent also plays a pivotal role in coordinating guest services by communicating requests to other departments like Concierge, Bell-Door, and maintenance teams. Ensuring guest satisfaction by promptly resolving issues and following up to confirm problem resolution is essential in this role. Agents must maintain confidentiality, adhere to security protocols, and execute Omni’s accounting standards accurately.
Successful candidates will be personable, detail-oriented, and able to think quickly to make sound decisions under pressure, particularly during busy periods involving multiple arrivals and departures. Previous customer service experience, familiarity with front desk operations, and basic cashiering skills are valuable in this role, along with the ability to multitask and work harmoniously with colleagues across various departments. Fluency in a foreign language is considered an asset, enhancing the ability to serve a diverse clientele.
Overall, this position offers a rewarding career path at a celebrated luxury hotel where employees are empowered to create positive guest experiences and grow professionally within the thriving hospitality industry. The Omni Oklahoma City Hotel’s commitment to diversity and equal opportunity further solidifies its reputation as a premier employer in the region.
