Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- one year prior hotel or customer service experience
- must have high school graduate level mathematical aptitude
- knowledge of standard cash handling procedures and computerized cash register systems
- must have experience dealing directly with the public and general customer service skills
- must be fluent in oral and written English
- must be able to read written communiques and monochrome computer screen
- must be able to operate computer, calculator, and telephone keyboards for cash handling and paperwork
- must be able to understand and follow verbal and written instructions
- must be able to multitask and communicate verbally and in writing
- must be able to use tact and understanding in handling customer service problems including stressful and emotional situations
- must be highly organized and detail-oriented
