Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • one year prior hotel or customer service experience
  • must have high school graduate level mathematical aptitude
  • knowledge of standard cash handling procedures and computerized cash register systems
  • must have experience dealing directly with the public and general customer service skills
  • must be fluent in oral and written English
  • must be able to read written communiques and monochrome computer screen
  • must be able to operate computer, calculator, and telephone keyboards for cash handling and paperwork
  • must be able to understand and follow verbal and written instructions
  • must be able to multitask and communicate verbally and in writing
  • must be able to use tact and understanding in handling customer service problems including stressful and emotional situations
  • must be highly organized and detail-oriented
