Job Requirements
- Prior customer service experience with direct interaction with guests
- Ability to interact with a diverse clientele
- Open availability, including overnights and weekends
- Comfortable with fast paced environment
Job Qualifications
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
- Previous hotel experience preferred
- Able to work a variety of shifts including holidays
- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and check them in and out efficiently
- Provide accurate information about the resort, local attractions, restaurants, and spa services
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with professionalism
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel policies, room availability, and promotions
- Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Manage cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Uphold a high level of customer service consistent with Hyatt's brand standards
