Job Requirements

  • Prior customer service experience with direct interaction with guests
  • Ability to interact with a diverse clientele
  • Open availability, including overnights and weekends
  • Comfortable with fast paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
  • Previous hotel experience preferred
  • Able to work a variety of shifts including holidays
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and check them in and out efficiently
  • Provide accurate information about the resort, local attractions, restaurants, and spa services
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with professionalism
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel policies, room availability, and promotions
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Manage cash transactions and process payments accurately
  • Uphold a high level of customer service consistent with Hyatt's brand standards
