Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 1 year of guest service experience preferred
  • ability to lift or transport at least 25 pounds
  • ability to push or pull carts up to 100 pounds
  • ability to stand and maintain mobility up to 8 hours
  • willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work under varying temperature and noise conditions

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • minimum of 1 year of experience as a guest service agent preferred
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • knowledge of hotel management software is a plus
  • strong problem-solving skills
  • customer service oriented

Job Duties

  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out
  • answer and process all phone calls
  • handle special requests for services or information
  • maintain positive guest relations
  • resolve guest challenges ensuring satisfaction
  • maintain knowledge of hotel features, services, operation hours, room rates, packages, and daily activities
  • work varied schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
