We are currently seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal as the first point of contact for our valued guests, responsible for creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere from the moment they arrive. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be entrusted with managing the check-in and check-out process efficiently while providing exceptional customer service and detailed information about hotel services and local attractions. Job Requirements

  • Must hold valid authorization to work in the USA
  • Previous experience as a front desk agent or in a customer service role is preferred
  • Knowledge of hotel reservation systems and basic computer skills preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (required)
  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, twist constantly
  • Must be able to lift at least 20 lbs

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Provide a warm and friendly welcome to guests, ensuring a positive first impression of the hotel
  • Efficiently handle check-in and check-out procedures, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and reservations, providing information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including providing support to the Concierge and Royal Service departments
