Job Description
The hotel is seeking Guest Service Agents (GSAs) to ensure the seamless check-in and check-out process for guests, providing exceptional service with professionalism. Candidates with experience in Front Office, PBX, and Concierge roles are preferred. The position requires flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in computer operations and the ability to handle various tasks and stressful situations.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D required
- 1 year of experience in customer service or related fields preferred
- proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, data entry, and database management systems
- ability to work flexible hours
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- capability to multi-task and remain composed under pressure
- background screening for criminal history and completion of hotel's reservations system test required
