Job Description

The company is seeking a Front Desk Agent to provide quality guest services including registration, check-out, PBX operations, mail, and message service. The role requires accuracy in daily accounting procedures and adherence to essential hospitality standards such as eye contact, smile, speaking first, polite conversation, and using guest surnames.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • six months to one year related experience and/or training. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret procedure manuals. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables. Ability to operate the Property Management System, capture email, and use the PBX system. Must be able to stand, walk, use hands to handle objects, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Must adjust focus and work in a moderate noise level environment.
