This particular opportunity is geared towards individuals who are passionate about hospitality and eager to contribute to a highly regarded hotel operation. The role focuses on the critical function of guest relations and front desk operations. Key responsibilities include managing accommodation reservations, processing payment information, allocating rooms, and providing guests with essential information about the hotel’s policies and facilities. You will play an instrumental part in ensuring that guests feel welcomed, informed, and cared for throughout their stay. Personal presentation and professionalism are emphasized, with a requirement to wear a uniform and name tag at all times on hotel property. The role requires not only technical skills but also physical abilities, such as frequently kneeling, reaching, crawling, twisting, and lifting up to 20 pounds. Your interaction with guests will extend across all areas of the hotel, with a warm and friendly demeanor expected during each encounter. Responding promptly to guest requests and assisting with safety deposit box procedures are among the additional duties that support the smooth operation of the hotel.
