We are currently seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in maintaining our reputation for excellent customer service by acting as the first point of contact for guests. The Front Desk Agent is responsible for greeting guests warmly, managing reservations seamlessly, and providing efficient check-in and check-out services. The position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
