Job Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Be the friendly and attentive face of the hotel ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and assistance throughout their stay
- Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately
- Answer guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and local attractions
- Handle reservations and manage guest requests professionally
- Report directly to the Front Office Manager or Front Office Supervisor
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions
- Ensure a clean and organized front desk area to enhance guest experience
