Job Requirements

  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Ability to read write and communicate effectively in English
  • Ability to sit stand bend kneel and lift as required with or without reasonable accommodations

  • Combination of education and experience in hospitality or customer service
  • Strong communication skills in English both written and verbal
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings weekends and holidays
  • Demonstrated professionalism and a warm demeanor aligned with the company culture
  • Experience working in a hotel environment is a plus
  • Basic computer skills for managing reservations and guest information

Job Duties

  • Be the friendly and attentive face of the hotel ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and assistance throughout their stay
  • Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately
  • Answer guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and local attractions
  • Handle reservations and manage guest requests professionally
  • Report directly to the Front Office Manager or Front Office Supervisor
  • Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions
  • Ensure a clean and organized front desk area to enhance guest experience
