Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior customer service experience preferred
- ability to work 8-hour shifts including night shifts, weekends, and holidays
- strong communication skills
- proficiency in data entry and basic office software

Job Duties
- Receive and process reservations via phone, fax, and mail
- enter reservations into the computer system and provide additional information

- check in and out guests efficiently
- process customer payments and post applicable charges
- inform customers of credit holds and conduct customer surveys
