We are currently seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our dynamic team. This role is vital in ensuring that guests experience a smooth and pleasant stay from the moment they arrive to the time of their departure. The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for handling a variety of tasks including registering guests, managing room assignments, confirming reservations, and addressing any special requests or concerns guests might have. They will serve as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently. This position requires excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude toward troubleshooting and improving front desk operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a "Can Do. Will Do" attitude, maintain flexibility in scheduling, and possess strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with all guests. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
