- Availability for overnight and evening shifts
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to move, lift, push or pull objects up to 10 pounds unassisted
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent such as GED
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for local culture and guest service
- Ability to work flexible shifts including overnight, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Physically able to stand, walk and move objects up to 10 pounds during shifts
- No prior supervisor experience required
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival to create a warm and authentic first impression
- Personalize guest interactions by interpreting cues to ensure a home-like experience
- Coordinate with housekeeping, parking, concierge, and other departments to anticipate and meet guest needs
- Provide guests with stimulating and informative local area recommendations
- Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- Accurately process guest transactions and maintain thorough and precise reports
- Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements
