As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, playing a crucial role in shaping their experience from the moment they arrive. This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $17.75 paid bi-weekly and involves full-time, hourly employment. You will be responsible for greeting and welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner, efficiently managing check-ins and check-outs, and handling reservations. Your excellent communication skills will be essential as you respond to guest requests, resolve issues promptly, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
In addition to managing guest interactions, you will maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions, ensuring all data is organized and up-to-date. Collaboration with other hotel departments is key to delivering seamless and memorable guest experiences. You will also handle phone calls and emails, directing inquiries appropriately and professionally. This role requires the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude consistently. Availability to work mid to late evenings, including weekends and holidays, is necessary to meet the dynamic needs of guests. Basic computer proficiency, especially familiarity with reservation systems, will enable you to perform your duties effectively.

- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
