Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
  • Availability to work mid to late evenings, including weekends and holidays
  • Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with reservation systems

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Check guests in and out efficiently while managing reservations

  • Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services
  • Handle phone calls and emails, directing inquiries as appropriate
