Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in hotel or related field preferred
- Positive and upbeat personality with desire to deliver outstanding customer service
- Ability to multi-task and be detail-oriented
- Ability to problem solve effectively
- Clear communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to handle workplace problems proactively
- Effective listening and understanding skills
- Basic arithmetic skills
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple correspondence
- Logical thinking and information interpretation skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Willingness to work varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of hotel products and guest services

Job Duties
- Greet and register guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Handle check-ins and check-outs
- Manage reservations including making and modifying bookings
- Provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, local attractions, and dining
- Answer guest inquiries courteously and assist with special requests
- Operate the front desk computer system, telephone switchboard, and handle mail and messages
- Maintain communication and teamwork with other hotel departments
