Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in front desk or customer service role preferred
  • ability to work flexible scheduling including AM and PM shifts
  • capability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • professional demeanor and strong communication skills
  • ability to handle multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Highly motivated team player with strong initiative and desire for achievement
  • effective in handling workplace problems including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems
  • ability to work well in stressful situations
  • readily available and approachable for all guests while providing excellent guest service
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • experience in hospitality or customer service preferred

Job Duties

  • Check-in/check-out hotel guests
  • process all payments according to established hotel requirements
  • provide information and assistance to all guests and vendors
  • prepare all necessary reports during each shift for the management team
  • maintain professionalism and courtesy in all interactions
  • manage fast-paced work environment responsibilities efficiently
  • coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs
