Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in front desk or customer service role preferred
- ability to work flexible scheduling including AM and PM shifts
- capability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- professional demeanor and strong communication skills
- ability to handle multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Highly motivated team player with strong initiative and desire for achievement
- effective in handling workplace problems including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems
- ability to work well in stressful situations
- readily available and approachable for all guests while providing excellent guest service
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
Job Duties
- Check-in/check-out hotel guests
- process all payments according to established hotel requirements
- provide information and assistance to all guests and vendors
- prepare all necessary reports during each shift for the management team
- maintain professionalism and courtesy in all interactions
- manage fast-paced work environment responsibilities efficiently
- coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs
