The Front Desk Agent plays a critical role in our operations by being the first point of contact for guests during their stay. This position is integral in ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes, managing reservations, and providing top-tier customer service that aligns with our brand standards. The Front Desk Agent is responsible not just for administrative tasks but also for embodying the hospitality spirit of our establishment. Duties include greeting guests warmly, handling payments and billing accurately, managing room assignments, and assisting with inquiries and requests throughout the guest’s visit. The role requires a high degree of organizational skill, the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment, and a genuine desire to enhance guest satisfaction.

This position demands strong communication abilities, both verbal and written, proficiency with hotel management software, and the flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. As a non-exempt position reporting to the Front Office Manager or General Manager, the Front Desk Agent is part of a dynamic team committed to upholding high service standards. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or front desk role preferred
- proficiency in hotel management software and reservation systems
- strong communication skills verbal and written
- availability to work shifts including evenings weekends holidays
- ability to lift carry push and pull up to 35 lbs
- on-site work at hotel property
Job Qualifications
