The associate will also communicate effectively with property management, contractors, vendors, realtors, and potential tenants to ensure smooth property operations. A proactive, detail-oriented, and flexible mindset is crucial, alongside the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Employees are expected to maintain a polished appearance by wearing the supplied uniform and embodying the friendly, outgoing personality NFC Amenity seeks in its team members. This role offers not just competitive pay but also comprehensive benefits including weekly pay, paid training, employee discounts, reimbursements, medical, dental, and vision coverage for qualifying employees, paid time off starting from day one, short-term disability income, and a robust career development program. Applicants are required to be legally authorized to work in the US. If multiple properties or locations are available, details such as scheduling and pay rates will be discussed during the interview process.
