Our team members around the world create amazing experiences for our guests, residents, and partners through a commitment to luxury with genuine heart. We know that the best way to enable our people to deliver these exceptional guest experiences is through a world-class employee experience and company culture. At Four Seasons, we believe in recognizing a familiar face, welcoming a new one and treating everyone we meet the way we would want to be treated ourselves. Whether you work with us, stay with us, live with us or discover with us, we believe our purpose is to create impressions that will stay with you for a lifetime. It comes from our belief that life is richer when we truly connect to the people and the world around us.

Since opening in 1928, our legendary property has been the preferred address for celebrities, royalty and the international elite – and it’s easy to see why. Located at the intersection of Wilshire Boulevard and Rodeo Drive, we put you in the enviable heart of Beverly Hills, with designer shopping, fine dining and postcard-worthy views at our doorstep.

Joining our team means becoming part of a diverse and talented group of professionals who thrive amid urban buzz, Hollywood glamour, and sophisticated California vibes. Our culture is built on mutual respect, collaboration, and a relentless passion for providing above and beyond guest experiences. Employees at Four Seasons receive the same level of care and respect that we expect to be shared with our guests, demonstrated by our consistent ranking in FORTUNE Magazine’s 100 Best Companies to Work For since 1998.

The Front Desk Agent welcomes and registers hotel guests, explains accommodations, establishes payment methods, and checks guests out, preparing and clarifying bills. The role demands responsiveness to a wide variety of guest requests and the ability to add personal touches to create maximum customer satisfaction while adhering to all Four Seasons policies. We are looking for individuals with strong organizational skills and the ability to work flexible schedules, including overnight shifts, holidays, and weekends. This position offers a competitive hourly rate, starting at $26.44 for the first 9 months (80% of contract rate) and progressing to $29.74 for the next 9 months (90% of contract rate). Working at Beverly Wilshire, A Four Seasons Hotel, means contributing to an iconic location known around the world and being part of a team that strives to make every guest feel like the most important person in the room. We encourage applications from minorities, women, veterans, and individuals with disabilities, exemplifying our commitment to diversity and inclusion.
