The current opportunity is for a full-time, non-management position titled Guest Experience Expert. This role goes beyond traditional check-in and check-out processes; it focuses on creating memorable guest experiences throughout a guest’s entire stay. The Guest Experience Expert acts as a versatile team member who assists guests with a broad range of services, contributing directly to the guests’ overall enjoyment and comfort. This includes processing operational needs, handling guest requests, completing necessary reports, and offering valuable insights about local attractions and amenities.
Responsibility in this role requires the ability to move freely throughout the hotel space, taking initiative to do what needs to be done without awaiting direct instructions. Duties may involve physical activity such as standing, sitting, walking for extended periods, and moving or lifting objects weighing up to 10 pounds. The position demands excellent communication skills and a professional appearance, as the Guest Experience Expert is often the face representing the hotel's service culture. Maintaining confidentiality, protecting company assets, and adhering strictly to company policies and quality standards are fundamental aspects of the role.
