With a presence across more than 30 markets throughout the United States, NFC Amenity proudly represents over 350 prestigious brands spanning luxury residential buildings and high-end hotels. This reputation is built on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a high standard of operational excellence, making the company a leader in the amenity services industry.
At NFC Amenity, the focus extends beyond providing a service to cultivating a welcoming environment for residents, guests, and clients. Their comprehensive service approach includes staffing front desks, managing property amenities, and ensuring seamless communication between residents and property management teams. This dedication to excellence makes NFC Amenity a sought-after employer for individuals passionate about hospitality and customer interaction.
This particular role is a part-time Front Desk Associate position located in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania. The compensation for this role ranges from $16.00 to $17.00 per hour, offering competitive pay for candidates who thrive in fast-paced, service-oriented environments. As a Front Desk Associate, you will serve as the face of the property, being the first point of contact for residents and their guests. This role requires a balance of warmth, efficiency, and professionalism, ensuring that every interaction leaves a positive impression.
The Front Desk Associate’s daily responsibilities are integral to the smooth functioning of luxury residential properties. Candidates will find themselves working at some of the most sought-after addresses, where they will warmly welcome residents and guests, monitor lobby activities, and manage communications including phone calls and package deliveries. The role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to multitask effectively, as you will coordinate with property management teams and various service providers such as contractors, realtors, and vendors.
Beyond routine tasks, this position emphasizes creating a genuine sense of home and community for residents, making individuals feel appreciated through attentive and sincere service. Effective communication is critical, as is adherence to property-specific policies and procedures, including managing access to the building and enforcing rules as set by property management. Uniform standards and a polished appearance are also important, reflecting the high standards upheld by NFC Amenity.
Ideal candidates will have prior front desk experience, a hospitable and outgoing personality, and the flexibility to adapt to the dynamic nature of property management environments. Working independently while also being a team player is essential for success in this role. Attention to detail and a proactive mindset will distinguish exceptional associates who contribute significantly to the company’s renowned reputation for service excellence.
NFC Amenity invests in its employees through comprehensive benefits including weekly pay, paid training, various employee discounts, and healthcare coverage options such as medical, dental, and vision for qualifying employees. Additionally, through NFC University, associates have opportunities for career development and advancement, fostering long-term growth within the company. Paid time off starts accruing from the first day, underlining NFC Amenity’s commitment to employee well-being and job satisfaction.
