Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
  • register guests into the computer verifying reservation, address, and credit information
  • accept payment for guests' accounts at registration and checkout
  • maintain a house bank and make deposits and accurate daily reports of receipts
  • issue keys and control entrance to safety deposit boxes
  • post miscellaneous charges as requested
  • assist concierge with mail, facsimiles, and provide guests information on hotel facilities and local attractions
