- At least 1 year of hotel experience preferred
- Ability to work full-time in-person
- Proficient in using computers and reservation systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable handling cash and credit transactions

Job Duties
- Greets and completes established check-in procedures for arriving guests daily
- Facilitates guest departure (check-out) by following manual and computer procedures
- Calculates and posts monies, receipts, guest accounts and other forms of credit accurately
- Maintains good customer relations by answering questions and concerns timely and knowledgeably
- Deals with guest requests and complaints promptly and effectively
- Answers phone calls, routes appropriately, takes accurate messages, makes reservations and uses upselling techniques
- Handles confidential information with high integrity
